Corporate Booking Policy

Booking and Payment

  • I will endeavour to offer a choice of days and times for your sessions. Once a booking has been made, an invoice will be sent. Payment must be made within 30 days of the last session taking place, unless otherwise agreed. Courses longer than 4 weeks will be invoiced by agreement.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation of sessions less than 14 days prior to the start will incur the full agreed charge. Cancellation of sessions within 14-30 days of the start will incur a 50% charge of the fully agreed price.

  • Refunds cannot be given if you are unable to make or maintain an internet connection for online sessions.

  • If sessions have to be postponed due to circumstances beyond my control, alternative dates will be arranged, and no refunds granted. If it becomes necessary for me to cancel a session or course, refunds will be made to the original payment source. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

 

Confirmation and Further Information

  • Once a session is booked, you will receive confirmation via email.

  • You must provide accurate venue details (full address and contact phone number) for in-person sessions, including an up-to-date total of all those attending. Each extra attendee not previously agreed upon will be invoiced at 20% of the total agreed cost.

  • Zoom login details will be sent for all online sessions. The initial Zoom login sent will be used for all subsequent sessions unless otherwise stated or an updated Zoom link is sent.

 

Accessibility

  • It is your responsibility to have a suitable internet connection to stream classes or download course content. Please make sure you are able to view course content, download apps (Zoom), and stream at a good enough quality to access all digital and online learning.

  • It is your responsibility to have a suitable area within your venue for learning to take place. This area should be free from distractions and accommodate all participants so they can see each other clearly without having to move or twist/strain to see. This includes adequate lighting levels.

  • You will need to supply a laptop, projector, and screen. I will bring all presentation materials on a memory stick to connect to your laptop. You are responsible and will be charged £500 for any corruption of data deemed to have come from your digital devices.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including handouts and video recordings, are for learning purposes only and should not be copied or shared without my explicit permission.

  • Any recordings of sessions will not be made unless otherwise agreed.

 

Liability

  • I am not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from using or downloading content from my website or during sessions.

  • You assume all risk and responsibility when using and viewing my materials and website.

  • I will do everything reasonable to ensure that sessions are delivered as scheduled. However, I cannot be liable for any errors, downtime, or unavailability due to circumstances beyond my control.

  • I am not responsible for ensuring the venue's suitability for learning sessions. This includes lighting, seating, and technology setup.
